Sentiments Behavioral Flows

There are two different modes of interaction that you would have come across on Sentiments. One of them is Sentiments for Informational Service (IS) which is shown on all pages and the other is Sentiments for Transactional Service (TS) which prompts the user to leave a satisfaction rating and feedback instantaneously after the end of a transaction.


The diagrams below aims to illustrate some of the common scenarios of a user expecting to see Sentiments when the user interacts with the different types of services (IS and/or TS):
